Turn the spoken instructions in your own videos into answers people can find without watching the whole recording.

Add YouTube transcripts to Chatbit
Obtain a transcript you are authorized to reuse. Correct it, then paste it into a text source or upload a TXT copy. Include the video title and public link.
Open your chatbot's data sources to add the prepared content. Follow the source setup guide if this is your first bot.
Prepare useful source material
Fix product names and remove repeated filler. Describe important on-screen actions in words, because the transcript may only say "click here".

Keep the content current
When the original changes, update or replace the corresponding Chatbit source and test the affected answers again. Remove superseded copies so the bot is not working from conflicting versions.
