Chat with Google Sheets content
Turn a small product list or service table into information your chatbot can explain.
Method: Convert to text. This is a snapshot of selected data, not a live spreadsheet connection or calculation engine. Do not use it to promise current stock or compute account balances.
Add Google Sheets content to Chatbit
Select the rows and columns intended for customers. Rewrite each record as labeled text, or export a readable PDF, then add it to Chatbit. For example, pair each service name with its price, duration and included work.
Open your chatbot's data sources to add the prepared content. Follow the source setup guide if this is your first bot.
Prepare useful source material
Keep column meanings explicit. Convert formulas to their current results and include currency, units and the date the information applies to.
Try these questions
Which package includes installation? How long is the introductory session?
Compare each answer with the original content. Ask a follow-up, and try one question the source does not cover to check that the bot avoids guessing.
Keep the content current
When the original changes, update or replace the corresponding Chatbit source and test the affected answers again. Remove superseded copies so the bot is not working from conflicting versions.

Put the answers on your website
Once the answers are ready, adjust your welcome message and suggested questions. Find your website installation guide to publish the bot, or improve its responses before sharing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I combine this with other sources?
Yes. Add relevant website pages, files, text and Q&A to the same chatbot. Keep their facts consistent and check your plan's source limits.
Should I import everything at once?
Start with a small set that answers your most common questions. Check the extracted text and answers, then add more material where it fills a real gap.
