Tailor instructions in Base Prompt
Specify in the instructions that your bot should only answer questions based on a particular document. For instance, instruct it to say, "You will only provide answers based on [document name]." The standard setting is:

Ensure Data Source Clarity
For quality responses, provide clear, readable text sources. Chatbit can't process non-textual elements. If your website is not scraper-friendly, upload the content as text or in a PDF format.
Use the 'Revise Answer' Feature and Q&A source type
Edit unsatisfactory responses via the Chat log’s "Revise Answer" feature, it allows you to provide optimal response and save it right to the Q&A source type.
Q&A data type helps chatbot reference specific questions and answers, improving response accuracy.
Switch to GPT-4
For more sophisticated answers, consider using the GPT-4 model.
Map Website URLs to Page Names, add it as source
