Configuring model settings of your chatbot

Review those settings and modify as you see fit. We recommend experimenting with them by making it specific to your use case, data and goals.
Base Prompt
The prompt allows you to control the chatbot's personality, style and type of responses it gives.
The instructions you give in Base Prompt tell your chatbot how to behave, define its personality and interaction style. You can:
Adjust Personality: For a casual, friendly bot, use instructions like "You are a friendly and casual AI Assistant."
Handle Unknown Queries: Change its responses to uncertainties, for instance, "I’m not sure, perhaps you can ask questions related to programming" instead of "Hmm, I am not sure."
Focus on Specialized Topics: Direct its expertise to specific fields, e.g., "You are an AI Assistant who tutors children learning to code."
Set Boundaries: Limit its response scope, such as "Do not share medical advice or information."
Response Length and Style: Tweak general response style "Be concise and concrete. Avoid jargon."
This setting aligns the bot with your voice and values, enhances relevance, prevents misinformation, and avoids responding to topics beyond its knowledge base.
OpenAI model
Our chatbots are powered by OpenAI, the same technology which is used in ChatGPT.
Most use cases will be covered well with the default GPT 3.5 Turbo. But if you want more accuracy, you can try GPT 4 models.
GPT 3.5 Turbo: Fast speed, large 16k context and accurate for majority of use-cases.
GPT 4: Higher accuracy, but slower speed and smaller context window vs. 3.5 Turbo.
GPT 4 Turbo: Best-in-class AI model with highest accuracy, same as GPT 4 but with a larger context window.
Accuracy vs. Creativity balance
This AI “temperature” scale allows you to balance the level of accuracy vs. creativity of chatbot responses. Test responses with different levels to see what fits best for your goals.
After changing any settings, click “Save” to apply them to your chatbot.
