Reuse a sales presentation or product training deck as chatbot knowledge.
Method: Export and import. PPTX is not a direct upload format in this workflow. PDF text extraction does not capture animations or the meaning of every image.
Add PowerPoint content to Chatbit
Save a copy of the presentation as PDF, then upload that PDF to Chatbit. Add any essential speaker notes as a separate text source.
Open your chatbot's data sources to add the prepared content. Follow the source setup guide if this is your first bot.
Prepare useful source material
Write out the meaning of charts and comparisons. Replace slide fragments with complete statements where a reader would otherwise need the presenter's explanation.
Try these questions
What happens during the rollout? Which team members should attend the kickoff?
Compare each answer with the original content. Ask a follow-up, and try one question the source does not cover to check that the bot avoids guessing.
Keep the content current
When the original changes, update or replace the corresponding Chatbit source and test the affected answers again. Remove superseded copies so the bot is not working from conflicting versions.

Once the answers are ready, adjust your welcome message and suggested questions. Find your website installation guide to publish the bot, or improve its responses before sharing.

Can I combine this with other sources?
Yes. Add relevant website pages, files, text and Q&A to the same chatbot. Keep their facts consistent and check your plan's source limits.
Should I import everything at once?
Start with a small set that answers your most common questions. Check the extracted text and answers, then add more material where it fills a real gap.
