Four steps to your own chatbot

How long setup takes
Minutes, not an afternoon. Creating the bot and pasting the install snippet take a couple of minutes each. The honest variable is the import: reading a large website takes longer than a single page or a pasted FAQ, and you can test answers as soon as the first source is usable.
Common questions
Will it answer from my content only?
It answers from the sources you add. When they do not cover a question, it says it does not have that information instead of guessing.
Do I need a developer?
No for most sites. Installing means pasting one snippet where your platform allows custom code. A developer helps if your site locks that down.
Can I remove the Powered by badge?
Yes, on the Growth plan and above. On the free and Core plans the badge stays, which is how you found this page.
What happened to the chat I just used?
That conversation belongs to the business whose site you were on. Chatbit does not share it, and this page knows nothing about it.
